Twin bedroom can be double on request, TV/DVD.
Master king size bedroom with walk in wardrobe, TV/DVD.
Outside parking for 1 vehicle.
Decking area with seating.

For your convenience we supply a complimentary food pack containing at least the following items:

    • one pint of semi-skimmed milk
    • one small loaf of bread (from a local bakery)
    • 6 free range eggs (locally produced.)
    • bottle of wine
    • tea bags & sugar
    • condiments


Also included in the rent:

    • High quality bed linen, (duvets) towels and tea towels.
    • Gas central heating and all electricity included in the rent.
    • Travel cot and high chair available on request.


Visitors are requested to arrive after 3pm on the first day and leave by 10am on the day of departure.

PLEASE NOTE: THE WHOLE OF THE PROPERTY IS NON SMOKING

Sadly we do not accept pets.

N.B. – To the front of the property is a parking space.  Unrestricted parking is available at the front of the property as well as on nearby streets on a first come first served basis.
