Deposit
Once bookings have been accepted by email or phone. A deposit of 50% must be forwarded within 7 days in order to obtain confirmation.
Balance
Any balance is due on arrival
Cancellation
Provided written or email notice of cancellation is received no less than 5 weeks before the holiday commences, deposits may be offset against a later booking in the year, subject to availability. Otherwise, on cancellation, deposits will automatically forfeit.
Amenities
Every care is taken to ensure that amenities are suitable for use as described, however, guests must provide adequate supervision to prevent injury or damage. The owners should be contacted should there be any concerns over safety aspect.
Guest Responsibilities
Guests are expected to take all reasonable care of the property, equipment and furnishings.
Damages and Breakages
Damages and breakages are the responsibility of the guest and costs will be payable at the owners discretion.
